Declaration of the Second Symposium of European Experimental Composers

We, the undersigned, present at
the Second International Symposium of
European Experimental Music declare:

1) this declaration is obligating and pragmatic

2) that we recognize the principles of the First Declaration (Copenhagen' 96)

3) that we promise to present a written thesis of max.1 A4-page on the question:
what is experimental music?
and mail/fax it to all undersigned.

4) That we promise to participate and/or produce financial means
for the III Symposium in Warszawa, in the Warsaw Autumn Festival 1998.

5) That we promise to inform the co-undersigners
about relevant activities in our own home-town-region
by fax/mail before 01.01.98

6) That we promise to work actively for the foundation of a secretariat
with the purpose of caretaking the international tasks, financially and pratically.
